These bottles are decorated with sculptural scenes depicting coitus between a man and woman that emphasize the generative nature of the sexual union, or tinkuy.

These scenes incorporate an explicit allusion to the procreative nature of the act depicted by presenting the couple together with an infant, which in some cases is being breastfed by the woman.

Also of interest in some of these scenes is the larger size of the woman, in what may be an allusion to her high status.
